News : GetApp Releases its List of the Top 25 Call Center Apps for Q3 2016
Barcelona, Spain, July 28, 2016 -- GetApp’s newly released Q3 2016 ranking of the top cloud-based Call Center applications has once again put Vocalcom at the top of the list by a large margin, while Talkdesk and Shotel battled it out for second and third, respectively, with only 3 points separating the two.
Based on five unique factors each worth 20 points, the ranking is meant for business owners and decision makers looking for a shortlist of Call Center software for their growing company. The five data points included in the ranking are user reviews, software security, mobile app availability, software integrations, and media presence, each contributing to a total potential score of 100.
"Vocalcom has lead the Call Center ranking for the past year, and it continues to dominate thanks to high scores for user reviews and integrations, each contributing 18 points to its total score. Notably, Vocalcom is one of only a handful of Call Center solutions with a mobile app, which adds another 13 points to its total to help keep it on top. Talkdesk and ShoreTel remained strong in second and third, but it was Sharpen who surprised this quarter, debuting at number four with a perfect 20 for its user reviews and an impressive 19 in security," says Suzie Blaszkiewicz, project manager of the Category Leader rankings.
