The partnership provides customers a single point of contact to obtain both 8x8’s unified cloud contact center, voice, team chat, and video meeting solution, and the connectivity they will need, resulting in simplified billing and support through one vendor. In addition to AireSpring’s many cloud connectivity options, 8x8 customers can also take advantage of AireSpring’s Managed SD-WAN and Managed Security solutions to further secure and optimize their UCaaS/CCaaS deployment. AireSpring’s customer service team will provide first line support to joint 8x8 and AireSpring customers. The product will be sold through AireSpring’s large network of channel partners.
8x8 XCaaS eliminates the silos between Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). Regardless of location, 8x8 XCaaS meets the communications requirements employees need to work together to deliver differentiated customer experiences.
