News : Globe Launches Customer Care Platform
Manila, Dec 24, 2014 -- Globe Telecom, through its enterprise ICT arm Globe Business, has launched an all-in-one internet protocol (IP) communications software suite that provides multi-channel contact center automation functionality for mid-sized to large organizations.
The Globe Contact Center Solution is a cloud-based, single platform solution which will allow companies to take an all-in-one approach to customer care.
Globe Business worked in close collaboration with Interactive Intelligence Inc., a global provider of contact center, unified communications, and business process automation software and services, to launch the new service.
