News : Call 2 Answer, LLC to Establish Operations in Spring Hill

Nashville, TN, US, January, 2017 -- Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, Economic and Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd and Call 2 Answer, LLC officials announced today that the company will invest for a new medical and urgent contact center that will create 250 jobs in Maury County.

"Tennessee offers companies tremendous advantages. Among the biggest benefits for any business tied to the health care sector is being close to Nashville’s prominent and leading role in the industry," Haslam said. "I’d like to thank Call 2 Answer for committing to create 250 new jobs in Spring Hill and bringing us closer to our goal of making Tennessee the No. 1 location in the Southeast for high quality jobs."

"The creation of 250 new jobs by Call 2 Answer is further proof of the power of Middle Tennessee’s $40 billion health care industry," Boyd said. "Nashville’s existing hub of health care innovation – from its university network to emerging healthcare technology companies to traditional hospital operators – is a unique and dynamic asset that drives this type of business growth throughout Middle Tennessee. Nashville will be an initial strategic market for Call 2 Answer’s support center. However, the company plans to also target markets in major metropolitan areas as it expands service to clients nationwide.
