News : Growth Leads ChannelNet to Appoint New Vice President of Operations
Dearborn, MI, USA, June 30, 2015 -- ChannelNet, a provider in customer acquisition, retention and conquest digital solutions, announces Molly Smith has been promoted to vice president of operations. Smith will retain responsibility for all clients and their channel partners’ program successes and support and assume responsibility for the project management office and resource management.
"Molly is the right manager to align our operations and lead us into the next decade," announces Paula Tompkins, CEO and Founder of ChannelNet. "Both clients and staff respect her business acumen and her ability to create a positive work environment. She will strengthen our delivery — resource and project management are foundational to ensuring that our growing list of client solutions are completed successfully and get the results our clients need."
As vice president of operations, Smith will set the vision for the company’s Project Management Office and align the end-to-end processes with ChannelNet’s resources.
Prior to the promotion, Smith was the vice president over customer support and services. As a part of the reorganization, David Indish will directly report to Smith and take over management of ChannelNet’s eBusiness Support Center (eBSC).
Indish will be accountable for a wide range of client support needs such as marketing program enrollment, program compliance monitoring, search engine optimization, vanity domain optimization, social media, email marketing campaigns, inbound problem resolution and outbound communications including phone and email support. He will also manage the help desk and other turnkey services such as training, content management and asset creation.
"There is so much opportunity on the horizon. I'm thrilled to lead an already strong team that provides top level service to our clients, some of nation’s top brands," said Smith. "I look forward to positioning our clients and ChannelNet for continued long-term growth."
Smith is a Ferris State University graduate and Indish is a Grand Valley State University alumni.
