The t-Retail Platform enables Asia Miles' members to search, browse and redeem miles for a range of travel products on the website, with sales and servicing via the agent channel provided by a Contact Centre interface.
Through the application of merchandising rules, the OpenJaw t-Retail Platform provides pricing for car and hotel products, affording Asia Miles with a greater degree of flexibility to meet changing market conditions.
