News : GVT Launches Third Edition of Service Evaluation Programme
Curitiba, Brazil, March 12, 2015 -- Brazilian operator GVT has launched the third edition of Customer Delivery, a programme that evaluates the quality of services, reports Segs. With the third edition, managers accompany field installation activities in the customer's home as well as calls at the call centre.
At the end of each shift, workshops are conducted in which managers discuss the main points of the programme and propose improvements, based on notes made throughout the day. The result of the overall assessment serves as a compass for the improvement of company procedures for the 18,000 employees working in each of the 156 cities where GVT is present.
