News : GVT Managers Go into the Field to Track Customer Service
Sept 3, 2014 -- Brazilian operator GVT has launched the second edition of Customer Expedition, its programme that sends managers into the field to see the customer experience by serving in the call centre and taking part in installation and maintenance services for households.
Each class of 10 managers, including directors, managers and coordinators from various areas, participate in field actions that form part of the daily operational routine of the company.
This year's programme will take place in the cities Curitiba, Brasilia, Maringa, Fortaleza, Rio de Janeiro and Campinas.
Since its implementation in 2013, the program has already counted the participation of over 130 managers.
