New Delhi, India, Oct 30, 2018 -- Future Group partnered with Haptik, a conversational AI platform, to implement chatbots inside their digital wallet app Future Pay to provide a superior experience for its users. This integration has been live from June 2018 and has since then seen an improvement in overall customer engagement on the app.
Future Pay used Haptik’s platform to enable two important new product features on their Android and iOS apps: a Quiz bot and a Shopping List bot.

The integration is aimed at providing more engaging user experience and increasing user repeatability and overall stickiness with the product.
