News : Haptik Ties Up With Amazon, Flipkart Users
Bengaluru, India, May 12, 2015 -- Haptik Inc., a start-up that offers customer support services over mobile-based chat platform, has tied up with Amazon India and Flipkart to bring in revenues by directing traffic and generating sales for the online retailers. Haptik will give product recommendations to users from Amazon, Flipkart and other sites based on customer requests.
"Users can ask about any product, and we will help them find the best deal and send them a direct link to buy the product," said Aakrit Vaish, chief executive officer (CEO), Haptik. "We’re currently monetising only from Flipkart and Amazon and are in talks with other online retailers as well."
