Oct 2, 2014 -- HCL Care, the consumer business unit of HCL Services, has expanded its multi-brand multi-product service network to 300 centers under the brand name TOUCH. TOUCH service centers are a part of HCL Care's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiative, which is a one-stop destination for a consumer's after-sales servicing and support needs for various brands across mobility, IT and consumer electronics and home appliances.
HCL Care's TOUCH service centers bring the entire ecosystem of retailers, e-commerce, large and small format retail under one roof to provide end-to-end support services for IT, mobility and consumer electronics products. A wide array of products comprising of mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, printers, TV and lifestyle products are serviced under these multi-brand service centers. HCL Care is a preferred partner for leading brands across mobility, IT and consumer durable categories.
