News : Health Board OKs Contract for Call Center Software
Annapolis, MD, Oct 24, 2014 -- The board overseeing Maryland's health exchange has approved a contract to modify software designed to help the state's call center that assists people who try to get signed up for health insurance.
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange Board of Directors approved the contract with Eventus Solutions Group in a conference call Thursday.
The contract is for software that is designed to help alleviate problems with call volume to the center. The software is aimed at better helping people get signed up without having to call the center repeatedly.
