News : Helpline, Twitter Handle to Receive Rail Travellers’ Suggestions
Tiruchi, India, Feb 12, 201 -- The Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Tiruchi Railway Division has opened Twitter handle under the name "Sr DCM/TPJ" and opened a helpline number to interact and ascertain suggestions and grievances from the travellers.
A release said travelling public and customers under Tiruchi Railway Division’s jurisdiction could avail the facility to air their grievances and put forth suggestions.
