News : HireIQ Selected by Atento to Support Agent Hiring
Atlanta, GA, USa, May 10, 2016 -- HireIQ Solutions, Inc., a provider in predictive analytics and virtual talent acquisition solutions for customer-facing organizations, announced that Atento, a customer relationship management and business process outsourcing (CRM/BPO) business in Latin America, has selected the company’s suite of predictive talent analytics and virtual assessment products to support its customer experience agent hiring initiatives worldwide.
As part of its agreement with the company, Atento will use HireIQ’s entire suite of predictive analytics, language assessment, and multi-media digital interviewing products in order to support its customer experience agent hiring process and identify applicants who are best suited for Atento’s open positions. The multi-year, global agreement entitles Atento to use HireIQ for its hiring initiatives for its operations including the United States, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Morocco, and Spain.
