News : HomeGuard Incorporated Selects AltiGen's MaxCS Private Cloud
San Jose, CA, USA, Nov 18, 2015 -- AltiGen Communications, Inc. (OTCQX: ATGN), a provider of premise and cloud-based IP-PBX and Contact Center solutions, announced that HomeGuard Incorporated has selected its MaxCS Private Cloud IP PBX and Contact Center solution.
Having used AltiGen's premise-based IP PBX and Contact Center solutions for years at multiple office locations, when HomeGuard decided to move to a Cloud-based solution, AltiGen's MaxCS Private Cloud was the clear choice. A key consideration for HomeGuard was a solution which could integrate all of their employees on a single communications platform and which would also deliver both traditional business PBX functionality and full featured contact center capabilities.
According to Jim Steffenson, Jr., HomeGuard President, "We've used the AltiGen premise phone systems for years at multiple office locations. As we've continued to add new offices to support our business growth, it was time for us to move to a cloud-based solution. AltiGen's integrated cloud solution provided everything we were looking for, plus their private cloud approach gave us the added benefit of built in disaster recovery."
