News : Housing Ministry Responds to Citizens Queries
Manama, Bahrain, March 16, 2015 -- The Ministry of Housing said the number of incoming/received calls at the Ministry's Call Centre in February reached 7,627 and the rate of successfully responding to citizens' queries about housing services exceeded 99%.
According to official statistics, the Ministry responded to 67.37% of citizens queries were related to housing services with an increase of 5.32% compared with last January.
Most queries focused on housing applications on the database, tentative date for eligibility to housing service, in addition to questions pertaining to follow up of all three types of housing loan defrayal procedures: purchase, construction and repair loans as well as enquiries about the affordable social housing financial programme.
