News : HSBC UK Contact Centre Malta Showcases Workplace
Malta, Feb 4, 2015 -- HSBC UK Contact Centre Malta (HBEU) participated in the annual career fair of Giovanni Curmi Higher Secondary School (GCHSS) to showcase the versatility of its workplace to potential new recruits.
Open to its students, their parents, and a number of employers, the week-long GCHSS career fair provided HBEU with the opportunity to meet with students and guide them professionally with the career options available at the Contact Centre, located in Swatar.
The Centre provides a range of support services to employees. These include a concierge service, in-house gym, childcare subsidies, on-site medical health checks, discounted rates on home loans, life insurance and private healthcare, among other.
Apart from having a good command of English and IT skills, there are no other specific qualifications for the role, as HSBC Contact Centre provides a full induction training programme in handling telephone banking over a three-month period for all successful candidates, during which time all participants will receive full pay.
