News : Hull Firm to Create 1,200 Jobs in Seaham
Seaham, County Durham, UK, Aug 8, 2016 -- Hull-based outsourced communications firm ResQ has opened a new call centre in Seaham, County Durham with 1,200 new jobs expected over the next three years in IT, HR, training and support roles.
The company has seen its turnover and profit grow thanks to a number of operational enhancements including a change in the firm’s internal IT structure, as well as a boost in returning contracts from overseas.
Nic Marshall, CEO of ResQ said: "2015 was a transformational year for us and we have our sights firmly set on continued expansion and job creation in 2016.
"We have secured significant investment which has enabled us to open a new call centre in the North East of England which will accommodate our continued contract successes and eventually enable us to double the capacity of the business.
