De Pere, WI, USA, Sept, 2018 -- Insurance provider Humana is hiring 40 full-time call center representatives in the Green Bay area.
The company said it is seeking employees for its Medicare Inbound Call Center. Job duties include handling customer service inquiries and claims processing.
Interviews will be held Sept. 18-20 at 1100 Employers Boulevard in De Pere. Candidates must apply online. The first day of work is scheduled for Oct. 15.
The job offers hourly pay, benefits and a bonus/incentive program, the company said. The positions also offer employees the potential to work from home.
Qualifications include: a high school diploma or General Educational Diploma, a minimum of two years of administrative or customer service-related experience, and the ability to work between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., including overtime. The company is also seeking bilingual candidates.
