News : Huntington Call Center Adds 100 New Jobs
Huntington, WV, USA, September, 2015 -- TLK Group has announced 100 new positions at their Huntington call center.
TLK handles inbound sales and customers service calls for a variety of Fortune 100 clients.
The Huntington call center opened in October 2013. When they originally opened, the company said they hoped to employ 500 workers by 2014.
They currently have 400 employees. With the addition of these jobs, they will reach their goal.
Call Center Director Jeremy Criss says "We are pleased with the progress made in the Huntington office, but we feel like we are only scratching the surface of its potential in the Tristate area. I have been fortunate enough to work in offices in 9 different states across the U.S. from Maine to Arizona, and the hardest working individuals are here in the Tristate. One of the great things we can provide is job opportunities that aren’t just seasonal work. We offer opportunities for people to launch long term careers. Over 80% of our management staff was promoted from within and we want to continue that trend of new employees progressing and growing with us."
TLK says employees can earn up to $17.10 per hour, with sales and attendance bonuses.
