News : IBEX Continues to Make Progress
August 13, 2014 -- IBEX Global Solutions expects results for the year ended 30 June will be in line with market expectations.
The group - a provider of contact centre services and other business process outsourcing solutions - says it continues to make progress, posting organic revenue growth of approximately 30% and significant increases in profitability in the period.
IBEX's service offering has been strengthened with the establishment of two new separate sites in the Philippines to meet increased demand from both new and existing customers. On the personnel front, IBEX has strengthened its senior- and mid-level leadership teams, in line with the group's strategy to provide a platform to efficiently manage the growth of the overall business. These additions to the team ensure operational performance levels are maintained and that the group continues to deepen its expertise across all functional areas within the company.
