London, United Kingdom and Boca Raton, Florida, 24th July 2019 -- Global communications software provider IMImobile PLC, announced that it has conditionally agreed to acquire 3Cinteractive Corp (3C) a private US, cloud-based mobile customer engagement platform company. This will see IMImobile acquiring complementary product capabilities and a new blue-chip customer base in North America.
