News : inContact Welcomes New Chief Human Resource Officer
Salt Lake City, Feb 5, 2015 -- inContact (NASDAQ: SAAS), a provider of cloud contact center software and contact center agent optimization tools, announces Trent Savage joins the company as the new Chief Human Resource Officer.
Trent joins inContact from Amazon.com, where he led HR for the Americas Customer Service organization. In this role, he managed an organization of over a 150 HR professionals providing support across 8 domestic and international locations. Prior to Amazon, Trent worked at eBay as the Senior HR Director for Global Customer Services and at Procter & Gamble, where his most recent assignment was based in the Philippines HR for P&G's Asia Region Shared Services business. Trent is a graduate of Brigham Young University's undergraduate and MBA programs.
