Fredericton, NB, March 26, 2014 -- Indosoft Inc., developers of Q-Suite, the contact center software for Asterisk, announces the availability of integration to Zendesk, an easy-to-use help desk solution for customer service. This integration will allow use of Zendesk with Q-Suite’s advanced multi-channel ACD, available for setting up Asterisk based contact centers.
For Asterisk telephony, Q-Suite ACD is a contact center solution offering Skills-based-Routing for voice, email, and web, with Queue prioritization. This integration will allow users of Zendesk the benefits of a contact center ACD with optimized call routing and distribution capability. Zendesk integration is the latest addition to the customer service solutions for which built-in support is offered by Q-Suite.
