News : Infomedia Regain Success in the Annual CCW Asia Pacific Award
Jakarta, Indonesia, July, 2019 -- Infomedia once again sent its best representatives to the 2019 Contact Center World Asia Pacific (CCW APAC) event. Lasted for 5 days from July 15 to 19, 2019 Infomedia competed in 16 categories for Telkom and Telkomsel Services with total medals: 11 Gold, 1 Silver, 3 Bronze, and 1 Runner-up. In addition to sending representatives, Infomedia also served as a consultant for OJK - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan( an Indonesia Financial Services Authority company) successfully support OJK in obtaining 18 medals: 2 Gold (Helpdesk, Public Services), 5 Silver, 5 Bronze, and 6 Runner-up.
The 14th annual event of CCW APAC brought the theme BEST PRACTICES CX & Contact Center (CC) Conference held in Phuket, Thailand. This award is obtained through several stages of assessment consisting of questionnaires, provision of material, and final presentation in front of other delegates of conference participants and in the judges. The CCW APAC 2019 event was attended by up to 150 participants from 9 Asia Pacific countries consisting of Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, China, Hong Kong, and India
