Greenville, SC, USA, Oct, 2019 -- Ingram Micro Inc. announced it has expanded its business in South Carolina with a new facility that brings together Ingram Micro Inc. associates from two strategic acquisitions—NetXUSA and the Phoenix Group—as well as additional teams including Ingram Micro’s Large Format Printing and DCPOS business.
"Ingram Micro’s industry-leading Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) business is growing double-digits year-over-year. By bringing these teams under one roof we will accelerate our growth and bring greater business value to the partners and providers we serve," says Steve Yochum, GM and Director for Ingram Micro’s UCC business, and the executive champion at the new South Carolina facility.
Based in Greer, South Carolina, the 130,000 sq. foot facility offers associates a modern workplace to collaborate and thrive across the organization with greater ease and effectiveness. With a move in date of March 2019, Ingram Micro’s new facility offers channel partners room to meet face-to-face and virtually with Ingram Micro associates and providers, as well as features a demonstration of established and emerging UCC solutions and services that businesses are using to keep their associates connected more closely to the customers they serve.

To commemorate the move, a grand opening ceremony welcoming hundreds of Ingram Micro associates, partners and providers to the new facility is taking place this week in South Carolina.
