News : Interactive Intelligence Expands Asia Pacific HQ In KL
Kuala Lumpur, August 7, 2014 -- Interactive Intelligence Inc, a global provider of call centre technologies and software solutions, has announced the expansion of its Asia Pacific headquarters (HQ) in Kuala Lumpur, leading to a relocation to Menara Prestige, Jalan Pinang, from its previous location at Menara IMC.
"We are excited about the move as it is a testament to our growth in the region.
"As the Asia Pacific HQ, we are servicing many clients, hence the requirement for a new environment with more facilities and manpower," said Regional Director for Asia, Simon Lee, in a statement Thursday.
He added that the office space had doubled to 11,000 sq ft and the workforce had increased by 35 per cent.
As the Asia Pacific HQ, Malaysia will continue managing countries such as China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
The new office will host upgraded test and demonstration facilities to give clients in the region a hands-on experience of the products and services in the early stages of decision making.
