Indianapolis & Ipswich, England, August 5, 2014 -- Interactive Intelligence Group Inc., a global provider of software and services designed to improve the customer experience, is now offering its contact center and dialer software with the new CallScripter™ application .
The upgraded application, developed by U.K.-based scripting software solutions provider CallScripter (a division of IPPlus PLC), enables contact centers to quickly and easily build customized agent applications for inbound and outbound customer interactions.
