News : Interactive Intelligence Signs Up New Partner
Perth, Australia, Sept 4, 2014 -- Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of software and services designed to improve the customer experience, has announced the appointment of R-Group International as an Elite Partner.
The partnership agreement enables R-Group to provide sales, service and support nationwide for the entire suite of Interactive Intelligence communications solutions. The Interactive Intelligence solutions, which can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises, offer contact centre, unified communications, and business process automation functionality to organisations of all sizes.
Headquartered in Perth, R-Group is a telecommunications space, operating a comprehensive billing system and service across various technology offerings. Interactive Intelligence will now enhance this offering with a call centre solution completing the organisation’s capacity to meet criteria on telephony systems for both private and public sector entities with these requirements.
