News : Intervise Wins Contract With IBM Global Services
Rockville, MD, USA, Jan 19, 2015 -- Intervise, an IT services company for the Federal Government, announces it won a 25 person contract supporting prime contract partner IBM Global Business Services. Intervise will be providing 24 X 7 X 365 Application Help Desk support services for the Army PEO Enterprise Management Services (EMS), Digital Learning Systems (DLS) Group based out of Ft Eustis, Virginia.
This ITIL v3 based operation supports phone calls providing application help desk and call center support for the Army Learning Management System (ALMS), Digital Training Facility (DTF) classrooms, and Deployable Digital Trainings Campus (DDTC) suites.
