ATLANTA, GA, USA, June 06, 2023 - Intradiem, a provider of Intelligent Automation solutions for contact center and back-office teams, announces that Tim FitzGerald has assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Sales, effective immediately.
Tim brings 36 years of global sales and executive management experience to this new role, having led growth and scaling initiatives at several emerging technology companies. He will oversee Intradiem’s worldwide sales strategy and operations.
Tim comes to Intradiem from Drishti Technologies, where he served as Vice President of Global Sales and Alliances. Previously, he led the sales, solutions, and business development teams as Vice President of Sales at Zinc. Prior to Zinc, Tim played a key role in ServiceMax’s strategic account program expansion and the eventual acquisition of ServiceMax by General Electric.
At Intradiem, Tim is responsible for implementing new sales strategies and expanding the company’s customer base in North America, the UK, EMEA, and other global markets.
