News : IntraNext's Solution Receives 2015 Avaya DevConnect Innovation Award
Englewood, CO, USA, Aug. 11, 2015 -- IntraNext Systems, a company providing contact center software designed to increase efficiencies and security, announced that its iGuard PCI Compliance software has received a 2015 Avaya DevConnect Innovation Award.
iGuard is a Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) capturing solution and offers a way to protect customers' personally identifiable information (PII) during calls with contact center agents. When customers input data such as credit card or social security numbers during a call via their telephone keypad, iGuard prevents the customer service representative (CSR) from seeing or hearing the data as it is routed directly to a secure PCI server.
