Contact Center World is The Global Association for Contact Center & Customer Engagement Best Practices. Established in 1999 contact center world has over 205,000 corporate 'individual' members have joined the association's website 'ContactCenterWorld.com'. Contact Center World hosts event and training resources for customer management professionals, sponsors the annual awards program to honor companies, contact centers, and individuals that have demonstrated outstanding leadership, vision, and innovation in the customer service industry.

Candidates compete for awards from among 7 different categories. A judging panel consisting of more than 55 industry thought leaders reviews each entry and ranks them according to pre-defined criteria, narrowing the field to a list of finalists. The panel then selects the winners based on the value of their contributions to the industry.
