News : IPG Receives Top Employer Certificate
Brussels, Belgium, Feb 4, 2020 - For the first time in Belgium a contact center has received the Top Employer certification. IPG Belgium is recognized for the steps it takes to put people first and to create a good working environment.
The CHRO of IPG, Gunther Janssens, confirms: "We are very pleased with this recognition. It is not only a confirmation of our HR efforts as an employer, but above all, it shows appreciation for our employees and for the initiatives that we take together with them to better facilitate customer contacts for our clients. This gives our employees the respect they deserve for the flexibility and commitment they show each day. After all, the job of contact expert demands a lot of our employees. IPG makes the difference because we invest maximally in the development of our professionals".
The Top Employer network
IPG is thus joining the ranks of the Top Employer network made up of 1,658 Top Employers that have been recognised in 119 countries/regions. IPG scored a positive result on the HR Best Practices Survey in which it was evaluated based on over 100 questions about 600 practices related to human development.
The feedback that IPG receives from the Top Employers Institute also offers the incentives and opportunities to further reinforce its human development policy and prepare its employees for the challenges of the future.
