News : ipSCAPE Appoints New COO
Sydney, Australia, June 29, 2016 -- Australian Cloud contact centre provider, ipSCAPE, has appointed Oliver Clarke as the company’s chief operating officer.
Clarke has filled the newly created role to develop new products and partnerships with a view to expand regionally and globally.
ipSCAPE executive chairman, John Palfreyman, said, "It’s crucial that have the best people in leadership to meet our ambitious goals. We are delighted that Clarke has accepted the challenge of this new role."
Palfreyman said Clarke has engaged with ipSCAPE’s customers and used their feedback to build stronger customer retention practices. He also recently deployed a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) pod and enablement program for a new partnership in Indonesia that is a joint venture shared with Telstra.
Clarke said, "I feel privileged to have the opportunity to grow ipSCAPE’s omni-channel technical leadership and service in this fast-growing sector.
Before the newly created role, Clarke was global program manager for SaaS. Prior to joining ipSCAPE in 2014, he held project management and business analyst roles that included the design and implementation of customer contact centres for BPO division of mass media multinational company, Bertelsmann.
