News : Ansaback to Create 50 New Jobs
Oct 11, 2013 -- Ipswich-based call handling company ansaback is to create around 50 new jobs after winning a new contract.
The company, part of IPPlus plc, operates a call centre which acts for clients ranging from sole traders to multinationals.
It currently employs 175 people, out of a total IPPlus group workforce of 250, plus a further 350 retainers who are on standby to provide extra capacity at short notice.
The additional permanent staff, representing about 50 full-time equivalents, will be accommodated in additional space to be occupied by the group on the second storey of its headquarters at The Havens.
