News : iQor Announces Hiring Fair in North Charleston
New York, Nov 6, 2014 -- iQor, a global provider of business process outsourcing and product support services, is partnering with Seacoast Church to hold a recruitment drive. According to Mark Monaghan, VP of Corporate Training and Development for iQor, the career fair kicks off an effort to fill several hundred new agent, supervisor, and training positions over the next few months.
"This is a really exciting time to be at iQor and especially at our Charleston Center of Excellence, which is growing exponentially," Monaghan said. "Since so much of our talent lives in northern Charleston and surrounding neighborhoods, iQor is teaming up with Seacoast Church at its North Charleston campus to bring opportunities directly to the community it serves. We believe we can deliver a real win for all involved."
Who Are We Looking for:
- Contact Center Agents (paying between $9.00 - $11.00 base pay with MONTHLY bonus potential)
- Experienced Supervisors
- Qualified Call Center Trainers
Agent Qualifications Needed: Great attitude and desire to please customers!
"This latest recruitment effort is really a continuation of the positive momentum we’re experiencing in the region," said Tone Holmen, SVP, iQor Consumer Products. "Just this past May, we held an ambitious employment drive to hire 250+ new agents."
