News : iQor Opens New Customer Contact Center in Pompano Beach, Florida
St. Petersburg, FL, USA, February, 2016 -- Joined by Mayor at Large Lamar Fisher and other city officials, iQor, a global provider of customer contact solutions and product support services, opened a new facility in Pompano Beach, FL. When fully staffed, the facility will house 600 customer interaction professionals.
The 48,000-square foot facility features all-new furniture and equipment, dedicated training spaces, large common areas and conference rooms. Services provided will include customer care, technical support, sales, training, quality control and related management functions. The new facility is located at 895 SW 30th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL 33069.
