News : iQor Opens Third Facility in Dallas-Metro Region
St. Petersburg, FL, USA, Nov 9, 2015 -- iQor, a global provider of business process outsourcing and product support services, announced that it has opened its newest contact center in the Dallas-Metro region.
Completing its third facility in the area, the contact center, located in the newly built Legacy VI Business Park at 6865 Windcrest Drive in Plano, Texas, has the capacity to house over 650 contact center agents.
The new 36,000 sq. ft contact center, with 550 available production seats and 100 training seats, will bring hundreds of new jobs to Plano, Texas. "The Dallas-Metro region is home to some of the world’s fastest growing technology companies and consumer brands," said Gary Praznik, Chief Operating Officer, Customer Contact Solutions. "We’re proud to support many of them with the tremendous talent we recruited in the Dallas-Metro region."

iQor’s Aftermarket Services division operates a depot repair facility on Jupiter Road in Plano. In 2012, the company built its first contact center in the region, which is now at full capacity, in Richardson, Texas.
