News : iQor Relocates Charlotte, NC, Contact Center to Expanded New Facility
St. Petersburg, FL, USA, April 22, 2016 -- iQor, a global provider of customer interactions solutions and product support services, announced the relocation of its Charlotte, NC, contact center to an expanded new facility. The new space can accommodate 1,100 customer contact professionals, a ten percent increase over the previous capacity that reflects iQor’s significant client growth.

The two-level, 75,000-square foot facility has glass walls, high-tech security, multimedia hubs, 120 training seats, numerous meeting areas and collaborative employee lounges.
