News : IR Launches Microsoft Certified Network Assessment Solution
Atlanta, GA, USA, Sept 27, 2016 -- IR, a global provider of experience management solutions for unified communications and contact centers, announced the general availability of the IR Prognosis UC Assessor, a new network assessment solution optimized for Microsoft Skype for Business Online in Office 365. Prognosis UC Assessor is also the first network assessment solution certified by Microsoft for Skype for Business Online as part of the IT Pro Tools Partner Program. This tool can be used in conjunction with the new Skype Operations Framework.
"Empowering employees with the latest advancements in UC technology is a key step in the digital transformation of a business, but a difficult UC deployment can get in the way of successful user adoption," said Darc Rasmussen, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, IR. "When Prognosis UC Assessor is used throughout planning, deployment, migration, and ongoing operations, it provides a comprehensive, integrated, end-to-end assessment and troubleshooting solution for customers migrating to Skype for Business cloud, hybrid, and on-premises. This ensures a clear pathway to maximize the benefits that game-changing communication and collaboration tools like Skype for Business can provide to an organization."
Prognosis UC Assessor is now available through select authorized IR partners.
