News : Irate Vodafone Customers Take to Social Media Over Internet Outage

Nelson, New Zealand, Jan 27, 2016 -- In Nelson Nick Gastrell wrote: "Just wasted an hour of productive time checking and rebooting our routers to try and get internet this morning because your website said "no issues on our network". Thanks a lot!
Other customers have accused Vodafone of a lack of communication.
ONE News Now has approached Vodafone for comment. A media release is expected to be coming.
However, in a tweet Vodafone said "we know some of you are having problems with mobile data, we are working to return services to normal ASAP. More updates to come".
A sample of comments left on Vodafone's Facebook page this morning.
"No net in Taranaki."
"Vodafone.....no internet in Geraldine......no info anywhere on why & unthinkable wait at the call centre....heres an idea, update your FB page?"
