News : Irish Company Opens Customer Service Center in Folsom
Folsom, CA, USA, Nov 11, 2015 -- An Irish customer-service company has opened an 80-employee call center in Folsom, with plans to ramp up to 700 employees over the next 18 months, according to an Irish media report.
Voxpro, which provides back-office customer service for such companies as AirBnB and TravelZoo, opened the call center last week, according to a video the Irish company posted on YouTube. Although the video refers to the center as being in Sacramento, a job posting on Voxpro’s website said the company is hiring in Folsom.
Officials with the company, which is based in Cork, Ireland, couldn’t be reached for comment Wednesday. Voxpro also has an office in Mountain View.
