News : IVE Group Acquires Telemarketing Player Pareto: Eyes Digital Logic
Sydney, Australia, Nov 12, 2015 -- Australia’s IVE Group has acquired charity fundraiser Pareto. The former is part of holding company Blue Star and wants to expand the core direct mail operations by adding the telemarketing business of Pareto.
IVE has distinguished itself as a print communication company with solutions ranging from commercial printing, retail display, publication printing, personalised communications, logistics to promotional solutions. It offers services across many platforms including traditional, digital, and mobile interactive platforms with digital channels, print production, retail display design, production, and installation.
Pareto is a non-profit fundraiser in Australia, and uses direct mail campaigns and telemarketing campaigns to solicit donations for a range of charity clients, reports Pro Print.
According to IVE chairman Geoff Selig, "I feel the combination of our two businesses will be powerful as we build further on Pareto’s capabilities to support and grow charities across Australia and New Zealand".
However, Pareto will continue to operate independently even after the acquisition proceedings with all its 150 staff in Sydney and Brisbane staying on. Pareto’s co-founder Sean Triner, fundraising CEO Paul Roberts, and telemarketing CEO Bruce Cotton will report to IVE managing director Warwick Hay.
Meanwhile, in yet another acquisition, IVE Group is trying to create Australia’s first Omni-channel communications provider. It has signed a heads of agreement to acquire Melbourne and Sydney based digital and direct marketing agency Digital Logic Marketing Solutions.
The acquisition is part of IVE’s strategy to provide innovation to clients through integrated communications across print and digital platforms. The acquisition will add more value to the creative and digital service offerings of its Kalido division, with enterprise wide marketing automation to offer the clients advanced multi-channel marketing and digital transformation services, noted Bandt.com report.

Digital Logic has expertise in developing effective lifecycle customer journeys, and deploying marketing automation to deliver highly personalised and targeted communications – an offering that is perfectly suited to our diverse client base," Kalido CEO Joel Norton said.
