News : Jambojet to Use Safaricom Call Centres
May 20, 2014 -- Kenya's carrier Jambojet has leased mobile operator Safaricom's call centre facilities in a bid to increase capacity for customer care after receiving overwhelming queries since its launch on 01 April.
Through the partnership, Jambojet will lease Safaricom's Call Centre facilities to attend to customer queries.
Jambojet says the deal with Safaricom is expected to provide the level of scalability required to cope with the fast growth in passenger numbers.
