News : Japan-Based Relia, Inc. to Acquire SPi Global's Customer Relationship Management Business
Manila, Philippines, July 22, 2016 -- Relia, Inc., a BPO company in Japan, has entered into a definitive agreement with SPi Global to acquire its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business in the Philippines, United States and Nicaragua.
The CRM business under the legal entity SPi CRM, Inc. is an independent Customer Relationship Management outsourcing provider in the Philippines. .

With this transaction, Maulik Parekh, President and CEO of SPi Global will continue to lead the SPi CRM business.
