News : Japan's Bellsystem24 to Offer AI-supported Call Centers in Taiwan

Tokyo, Japan, Jan, 2024 - Japan's Bellsystem24 will team with Taiwanese tech startup Intumit to develop a generative artificial intelligence-based call center service for launch in Taiwan this spring.

The Japanese company announced a business partnership with Intumit.

The partners will operate hybrid call centers for clients that combine customer service agents and Intumit's AI chatbot.

Generative AI will be used to provide automated responses to questions received through the chatbot. If questions are too complicated and require extensive information, agents will contact customers by phone or chat.
