News : Jasco Appoints Product Manager for Channel
Johannesburg, South Africa, Dec 7, 2015 -- Jasco has appointed Ben Gunn a product manager for channel division.
The Jasco group has appointed Ben Gunn as the product manager at Jasco's channel division in an effort to managing relationships with the company's key technology partners as well as internal and external stakeholders.
His role entails managing Jasco's DataVoice and workforce optimisation (WFO) product offering which includes providing product support to channel partners and their end-user customers.
This will involve driving product development, developing product strategies and marketing strategies as well as anticipating the clients' requirements, says Gunn.
Gunn will also assist channel partners to architect the appropriate voice recording solution for their front-office, back-office and radio network recording requirements.
"My career has given me a considerable breadth and depth of experience. I have served the role of product manager for many major telecoms suppliers successfully, says Gunn.
"With my combined IT and telecoms technical product, system and channel sales knowledge, I am able to advise on the best possible solution for channel partners and their clients."
He is an experienced product/marketing and channel manager with a strong technical and business acumen in the ICT industry.
"I have been in this industry in SA for over 25 years gaining vast experience from major enterprise telephony suppliers and contact centre and WFO suppliers in product management.
"This experience has given me particular skills that are relevant in today's fast moving technology business in the enterprise."
