News : Jennifer Gordon Returns to Qualfon as Vice President of Business Development
Georgetown, Guyana, June 13, 2016 -- Qualfon, a business process outsourcing (BPO) company and global provider of contact center services, announced the return of Jennifer Gordon as Vice President of Business Development.
Gordon worked for Qualfon from 2012-2014 and recently reunited with the sales and marketing team to help the company expand strategic client growth. She brings nearly ten years of experience in the BPO industry and has spent the past six years in high-performance sales and account management. Her expertise includes leading emerging and mature organizations to new levels of revenue, profit, and market share. She also has deep experience in client acquisition, exceeding sales goals, and dramatically increasing brand recognition.
Most recently, Gordon worked in business development roles at GC Services and Cyber City Teleservices Marketing, Inc. She is an active contributor to The Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Business (SOCAP International), serving her second year on the Board of Directors as Vice President of Programming with the New York Metropolitan Chapter.
