News : Jive Introduces Cloud-based Contact Centre
Sao Paolo, Brazil, Sept, 2017 -- Brazilian unified communications solutions provider Jive Telecomunicacoes do Brasil has announced the launch of the Jive Contact Center Pro.
The call centre solution is combined with Jive's unified communications solutions, such as Jive Voice. The company said the product will save money for users with its package model.
The Jive Contact Center Pro seamlessly integrates with Jive Voice, a cloud-based phone system, and the company's unified communications services, allowing more flexibility and speed of communication between call center and other departments.
